A Day at the Lake

Some friends of ours from church invited us out on the lake last Sunday. The kids got to tube (little kids and us big kids) and Silas got to drive the boat. My friend took these two pics for me, because my camera is now in Fort Gibson Lake somewhere. I guess it's time to buy a new one!

Sadie's Mission Trip

Sadie participated in our church's discipleship program this summer called Team 45. It is for kids who are in the 4th and 5th grade who desire to go into the mission field. Sadie's group went to Turley Assembly of God and cleaned the church in the morning, canvassed the neighborhoods and then put on Vacation Bible School for the kids at night. All the kids worked very hard and saw 50 kids come to know the Lord that week. I am very proud of her and so thankful that God has captured her heart w/ his amazing love.
