Trouble

Don't these two look like trouble?  Actually, they were being pretty sweet to each other and holding hands.  Rare moment indeed.

Samuel's Bowling Team . . .

took FIRST place in his Fall league.  He bowled a game high of 154, had 3 Turkeys (for those non-bowlers, that is 3 strikes in a row), and brought his average up 8 points over the season. Way to Go, Samuel!

Another Birthday for Sam

He is now 14. . .it's going way too fast.  We took him to Dallas to celebrate w/ Aunt Sue and Uncle Del.  We also made a trip out to Log Cabin Village in Fort Worth for their Christmas Celebration (Samuel's choice) and to the Galleria Mall.  I can't say enough about how much I love this young man.  We are very proud to be his mom and dad.

Trans Siberian Orchestra

Aaron and I took 6 of the kids to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra early in December.  It was at the BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa.  They had Winterfest going on just outside the arena w/ an ice skating rink and carriage rides.  The show is a must see if you haven't gone yet.  I have included a few photos from the concert, but they don't do it justice.  I've also included a little video that I took during the performance at the bottom of the post.  You may have to click on it to be able to view it on You Tube.

Scripture Memorization

I wanted to share this link with you and ask you to join me in memorizing the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew Chapters 5-7) this year. All the information is included in the link, as well as the free printable scripture cards. I hope you will join me in hiding God's word in our hearts.

Happy 2013!

I pray that each of you have a wonderful 2013 and that you keep Jesus as the center of all things this year! I have had this song going thru mind, my heart, my spirit the last few weeks and it is my prayer this year for my family. I pray that it blesses you as much as it does me. You may have to go to my blog to be able to view it. God bless!
